Shelby & Co

Shelby & Co Bar + Kitchen draws inspiration from the globally renowned Peaky Blinders TV series, named after the infamous Shelby family from Birmingham. Located in the departure lounge at Birmingham Airport, it is perfectly situated to honour its deep-rooted connection to the city.

Created in partnership with the Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, Shelby & Co is the first of its kind in the travel space. The design transports guests to the 1920s, mirroring the era of the show, and brings the world of the Shelbys to life with behind-the-scenes stills and authentic props. It offers Instagram-worthy moments, capturing the spirit of the iconic Peaky Blinders universe in a truly immersive experience.

Soul + Grain

Launched at London Victoria Station in 2022, Soul + Grain delivers freshly made, nutritious and nourishing food and artisan coffee. With 6 UK outlets, the brand brings together vibrant plant-based options, dishes for a range of dietary needs and familiar favourites, all supported by its focus on low-impact, sustainable ingredients. Menu items show the carbon footprint and nutritional information of the dish, helping customers make an informed choices about the food they’re eating.

The Breakfast Club

Our partnership with The Breakfast Club began in 2023 when we opened our first “caf” at London Gatwick followed by a second site at St. Pancras Station in 2024. Our cafs feature the brand’s iconic menu as well as a full bar and freshly brewed coffee from Origin Coffee Roasters. Each outlet has its own feel, designed to seamlessly blend into its environment such as a train-travel theme at our St Pancras Caf. Whether going on holiday or enjoying a casual drink with friends, The Breakfast Club offers something for everyone.

AMT Coffee

AMT has its roots in 1993 Seattle but has grown to nearly 20 UK sites after being acquired by SSP in 2022. The brand was an original pioneer of great coffee in the UK and wad the first to use 100% Fairtrade coffee and bio-degradable cups as standard. SSP has taken these forward-thinking foundations and expanded the brand to new locations across the UK at train stations and into it’s first airport at Leeds Bradford in 2025.
